Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform complex data into actionable insights, supporting strategic decision-making for our clients. Your expertise will contribute to the development and optimization of data analytics solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand data requirements and provide analytical support.
- Design and implement data models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular audits and validation processes.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of best practices in data analysis.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and tools to continuously improve data analysis processes.
Qualifications
Must-Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language such as Python or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI.
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and data modeling techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
Preferred:
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric or similar Data Lakehouse platforms.
- Knowledge of cloud services such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, or equivalent.
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling techniques.
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate).
